Like many other businesses, we are experiencing unusual operating conditions, as are our delivery partners. While we're all in lockdown and social distancing please bear with us if our deliveries take a little longer to reach you than our usual timeframes below. ^Express service: we offer express delivery within the UK. This usually takes between 1-2 business days. If the delivery address is in a remote or rural location you may need to allow a bit of extra time. For pricing please see table above.

Why are we only showing prices in pounds? Just like the rest of your order, shipping fees are processed in GBP at the most current exchange rate. So if you're browsing the site in your local currency, you'll see the prices revert to GBP as you checkout.

Delivery timeframes

The above timeframes commence from the time your order leaves us – which is within 48 hours of your purchase. If you've placed your order over the weekend or just before a public holiday, this may make 48 hours hard to achieve but rest assured your Roodles will be winging their way to you as soon as we can. While we’ll do everything we can to meet the delivery timeframes, there are some delays outside our control such as postal service delays.

Order tracking

Our UK express delivery service provides tracking on all orders. Details of how to track your parcel will be sent in an email once the order has been sent.

Currently our UK standard service doesn't provide tracking, however updates on your parcel's progress will be sent while it is on it's way to you so you know when to expect it.

On delivery day 

Hooray your Roodles are so close, but what if no-one is home when the delivery is attempted? In most cases the parcel will be held at your local post office for a period of time - the delivery person will likely leave you a card to advise you where that location is. If no-one can get hold of you within that period of time and you don’t collect the parcel, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange a second delivery.

Delivery to other countries 

Currently we are only set up to deliver to UK addresses from this site (excluding PO Boxes). Aussies and Kiwi's can get delivery when ordering through www.roodlebag.com.au. However... Roodleites are popping up all over the world so we’ll be increasing our shipping range in the very near future.
